LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT VACANCIES

Westminster Christian School, through the Spirit of God, educates the children of Christian parents for time and eternity by providing a Christ-centred academic curriculum founded on a Biblical Worldview. We currently have three vacancies for Learning Support Assistants across the school’s year levels. Every day looks different!

Monday – Friday, Term-Time Only
9:30am – 2:30pm (with half hour break)
Fixed-Term: 28 January 2025 – 12 December 2025

Duties:

• Follow structured programmes; lesson plans activities under teacher supervision

• Assist students to stay on task

• Build trusting relationships with students and colleagues

• Collaborate with others in the team

• Assist teachers with administrative preparations from time to time

The successful applicant must be willing to teach from a Biblical Worldview appropriate to the School’s Special Character.

Experience in a teacher aide or learning support position is not critical, but helpful.
